I accept that Cloud Nine Cat Resort will be the primary care giver of our cat Whilst in their care and give permission for them to make ALL decisions regarding their care during their stay.
We, Cloud Nine Cat Resort, will also try to make contact with you and if not you then your emergency contact. Cloud Nine will endeavour when possible to use your nominated Vet as specified on our Booking Form BUT if we can not get an appointment quickly enough or said Vet is to far in distance we will choose to take your cat to Prahran Vet or a Vet that will take us as quickly as possible.
We need you to understand that at times these Vets have weekend and Public holiday charges beyond our control. These Vets expect to be paid at time of consultation and as such we pay them on your behalf. This payment will then be added to your final bill.
We also require full disclosure as to all health issues your cat has had so we can have a full and complete picture of your cat.
Cloud Nine Cat Resort can not be held responsible for any and all illnesses that develop whilst in our care. We also need, you the owner to be aware of the stress that your cat will feel for the first few days as they adjust to being in our care, and we will try to alleviate this stress as quickly as possible but this stress has been known to bring out health issues just under the surface. We will only hand over your cat once you finalize all payments due to the Resort.
