Thank you for your booking.
- Did you know that cats do not behave the same when in boarding? Particularly when it is their first time away from home or have not boarded frequently.
- They may over groom causing furballs due to boredom and/or stress.
- Their eating habits may change whilst in our care and every effort will be made to manage this behaviour.
- Even the most outgoing cat may take to hiding during their stay at the cattery. Whilst all effort will be taken by staff to encourage your cat out into the open, we may choose to leave them if we feel this will limit their stress. During this time staff will continuously monitor your cat.
- Cats may have an undiagnosed illness or complaint which may not be obvious on check in, but develop or present itself due to change of environment whilst boarding. Cloud Nine staff make every effort to supervise and check the wellbeing of all cats in our care. Some examples of these complaints could be eye trouble, cat scratch or bite, blood in urine or faeces.
